Attention Sellers:  I have heard from a lot of potential sellers that they do not want to put their home on the market for it to just sit and not sell.  Believe it or not, I work with a large number of buyers who are getting more and more frustrated that there are not new houses coming onto the market.  For that reason, I decided to devote this page of my website to providing sellers with information about my buyer clients.  I will be updating this page regularly to let you know what my current buyers are looking for.  If you have a home that you think might be a good match, please call or email me. 

BUYER #1--is looking for a home in Kennebec County, prefers public water and sewer, but will consider private.  She prefers 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath.  Between 900 and 1500 sq feet living space.  Under 100k.

Buyer #2--is looking for a home in Kennebec/Somerset County, easy commute to Augusta and Waterville.  Minimum 2 acres, private setting, wooded, 2 bedroom mimimum.  150k maximum

Buyer #3--Is looking for a home in or near Farmington, Maine.  2 bedroom minimum.  Willing to do work if a fixer upper.  max 65k

Buyer #4--is looking for a home in Kennebec/Sagadahoc County within reasonable distance to the interstate.  2 bedroom minimum, fine with mobile home, would like garage, 2 acres minimum.  Max 130k
